Fitted with CLT-50 power controller, can be used for HIMAX TL series electric screwdriver. With screw counting function, it can preset the lock screw quantity required for the work piece to avoid missing out unlocked screws.

• Count 1-99 screws according to the different quantity of screws that the work needs to lock.
• After locking the last screw, the buzzer gives a sound to prevent missing out and notify the end.
• Each time after finish a work piece, the counter will be auto reset and immediately ready for next turn of operation. (Do not count for the second repeated locking operation of a same screw in a short period of time).
• It can adjust time judge according to the degree of difficulty of screw operation.
• Prevent error counting and more other functions, convenient and practical.

May display accumulated amount of finished products upto a four-digit number. May display the screw quantity yet to be locked on the work piece.
May auto start multiple function setting to meet work requirement. Input the screw quantity required to be locked on the work piece (0-99). Adjust screw lock set operation judge time (0.2~3sec). Count of finished product resets to zero.
Reset the screw count to the PRE SET value.
The displayed screw count increases by one (Until the PRE SET value).
